Microdermabrasion

A microdermabrasion facial is a minimally invasive skin treatment that exfoliates the outermost layer of skin to reveal fresher, smoother skin underneath, using either fine crystals sprayed onto the skin or a diamond-tipped wand, with a vacuum suctioning away dead cells, improving tone, texture, fine lines, and mild scars. It's like an intense, professional scrub that promotes new skin cell growth, making it great for brightening dull complexions, unclogging pores, and addressing sun damage.

Microdermabrasion is contraindicated for people with active infections (herpes, warts), open wounds, severe acne, sunburn, skin cancer, uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune disorders, or recent chemical peels/laser treatments, and for those using Accutane (within 1 year) or strong retinoids/AHAs recently.
